Our EICR rates are as follows;
Studio property - £50
1 bedroom property - £60
2 bedroom property - £75
3 bedroom property - £75
4 bedroom property - £75
5 bedroom property - £POA
Commercial/Industrial - From £149
We don't charge until after the inspection has been carried out (this may differ for multiple/large commercial properties)
All the above prices are for testing up to 15 circuits. Additional circuits are charged at £8.75. Discounts are offered to customers with multiple properties, letting agents, and commercial/industrial clients with 100+ circuits
